Create ServiceNow solutions for an organisation using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, and CSS
Identify any deficiencies within the HRSD applications and create the custom flows
Integrate ServiceNow applications with other programs, Analyse technical development requirements and MID servers/ REST API/ ODBC
Need to have deep understanding in decision table in ServiceNow for the creation of tickets and routing
Develop and troubleshoot the AD/ Ldap integration in ServiceNow applications
Provide documentation and deep knowledge in creation of reports and Dashboard
Develop and troubleshoot Service/ ESC portals ServiceNow applications
Knowledge in configuring the workspaces (Agent, HRSD and Service operations workspaces)
Able to troubleshoot the ServiceNow ITOM Auto discovery
Experience in implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module independently.
Championing the SAM lifecycle process and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights and usage to support SAM compliance.
Register new Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs) while maintaining proper relationships as defined in the agreed SAM-Pro Models
Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow IT Hardware and Software Asset Management
Take ownership and collaborate with IT Asset Management process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities.
Lead the requirements and design workshops, and implementation.
Design, develop, implement and test ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.
