Job Description
Primary Roles Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and understand opening new offices in multiple locations
Site surveying for new set-up infrastructure for the Project, Planning, and Design teams & to develop requirements for infrastructure
Set up office: from identifying new premises to occupying it
Post closure of the project risk identified on the infra to ensure a risk-free working environment, infrastructure management across the given assignments
Interacting with teams of/for architects, project management, project coordinators, interiors, quality control check, cost control, time management, liaisons, construction management, site operations, and logistics
Accountable for complete facility environment, health, safety, and maintenance of utilities
Preventive maintenance, anticipation of eventualities; office infrastructure, HVAC installations & maintenance
Secondary Roles Responsibilities:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for various
types of business in the organization
Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, govt. authorities & offices
Sourcing vendors for repairs & maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery, and other assets
Primary Skills:
Advanced spoken and written communication skills in English
Should be prepared to submit business/technical writing sample during interview process
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple other teams
Analytical and out-of-the-box thinking
