Role: IBS Planning and Designing

Experience: 5 years and above

Location: Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore

Job Description:

• IBS design using iBwave tool:

- Prepare prediction models in iBwave.

- Calculate link budget, SC6.

- DAS test plan for proposed IBS.

• Understanding walk test measurement and existing network performance to determine IBS requirement and suggest possible solutions.
• Able to Design and configure, commissioning and Optimization of active DAS solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing network infrastructure.
• Conduct Acceptance testing and validation of active DAS installations.
• Develop and implement strategies, maintaining detailed documentation for capacity planning and load balancing in active DAS systems.
• Able to Conduct/review Site surveys and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed In-building solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the Design and Implementation process.
• Optimize existing IBS for better user experience.
• Analysis of customer complaints and solving the issue proactively.
• Experience in various RF testing like CW testing, PIM testing, external interference analysis, etc.
• To support New Site Build (NSB) rollout related actives
• Telecom knowledge of UMTS/LTE/5G.
• RF Planning & IBS planning experience, iBwave tool, MapInfo, Others GIS tool, Link budget etc
• Stakeholders management.
