Job Position - Facility Technical Manager
Qualification - Graduate/Diploma in Electrical
Responsibility - Overall Site In-Charge -Techno-Commercial and soft services.
Key Area of Operations Technical Utility systems, Housekeeping, Security and commercial management
Coordination with FM Ops team, Vendors, Project team, Liasoning with External Govt/Non Govt. Authorities.
Job Description Functions Descriptions
1 Technical Planned Preventive maintenance of all technical equipments/machines and utility system and health checks.
2 Technical Ensuring Energy saving and conservation measures.
3 Technical Tracking and monitoring energy, water, fuel consumptions and its analysis.
4 Technical Ensure seamless operations for all equipments and machinery through service partner team.
5 Technical Liasoning with power supply/grid agency like MSEDCL or any other state or private power supplier during power outages/shutdowns.
6 Technical Ensure un-interrupted power supply at property through DG back up/UPS etc. and timely resumption of power from main grid.
7 Technical Ensure documentation related to audit requirement related to Quality, EHS and OHSAS.
8 Technical Training of Technical team on regular basis.
9 Technical Maintenance and operations of swimming pool, club house and other amenities at site.
10 Housekeeping Oversee the HK operations directly and through service partner's team.
11 Housekeeping Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routine and deep cleaning plan and implementation.
12 Housekeeping Ensure industry standards of hygiene at site.
13 Housekeeping Inventory control, Monitoring, tracking/analysis of Housekeeping chemicals, consumables and all essential services at site.
14 Housekeeping Upkeep and cleanliness or entire property.
15 Housekeeping Faade cleaning -if applicable.
16 Housekeeping Chair cleaning activities.
17 Housekeeping Carpet Shampooing etc. if applicable for reception//club house or any other areas as applicable.
18 Housekeeping Explore opportunities for cost saving avenues / methods.
19 Housekeeping Timely pest control activities.
20 Housekeeping Waste management to ensure proper disposal, recycle or reuse if any.
21 Housekeeping Ensure grooming and hygiene of service partner staff.
22 Admin and commercial Ensure Service partner compliances pertaining to staff for PF, ESIC, labour licenses, medicals insurances, salaries and bonus.
23 Admin and commercial Ensure timely collection of payments for company.
24 Admin and commercial Timely disbursal of salaries to service partner and management team staff.
25 Admin and commercial Monitoring and tracking of attendance of all staff working under property management functions.
26 Admin and commercial Evaluation and technical or commercial analysis/comparison for procurements
27 Projects Ensure and support for any projects cleaning activities
28 Projects Coordination with projects team in absence of Site Manager
