Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services within the portfolio.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive business development initiatives.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in the Engineering & Construction industry.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong understanding of industrial automation solutions and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
