Senior Digital Marketing Executive @ Webtel Electrosoft

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.
• Monitor and report on key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, and ROAS with detailed dashboards.
• Optimize landing pages and ad creatives in collaboration with the design/content team to improve conversion rates.
• Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets, ensuring effective allocation and performance tracking.
• Identify audience segments and retargeting strategies using pixel data and analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest ad policies, trends, tools, and algorithm changes across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, content) to align campaign goals with business objectives.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in managing and scaling high-conversion PPC campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing tools
• Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking setup
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel/Sheets, reporting tools, and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Elementor, etc.) and CRO tactics
• Google Ads certification or similar qualifications (preferred)
