Job description for UI/UX :

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Design and implement user-centered UI/UX solutions with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and products by adhering to design systems and style guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best user experience possible.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
Strong knowledge of design systems, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, development, product management).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required
