Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
• Provide detailed information on various products such as gold, diamonds, gemstones, silver, and platinum jewellery.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, new arrivals, pricing, offers, and hallmarking standards
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
• Handle customer concerns or objections professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a polite and positive attitude.
