Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat, call and provide resolution accordingly.
Requirements:
1. To provide support and resolve issues via chat, call and other electronic communication.
2. Good Written communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
Please carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies)
Job Details:
1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
4. Educational certificates are mandatory.
5. Must be flexible to work from office.
