Senior Developer -Hansen SMP @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

Must-Have : We are looking for a skilled Hansen SMP (Subscriber Management Platform) Specialist to join our telecom IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Hansen SMP, including subscriber provisioning, service activation, and integration with other OSS/BSS systems. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth subscriber lifecycle management and efficient system performance.
Solid understanding of subscriber management, service activation, and provisioning processes.
Hands-on experience in configuring Hansen SMP rules, workflows, and APIs.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python).
Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and integration tools

Good-to-Have :

8 years of experience in IT

Good aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
