Job Description

• General Requirement-Age 38-45 years old
• -S1 degree in law from a recognized university, S2 can be beneficial
• Professional Experience-8 Years of Legal Compliance Experience in Managerial Level - Preferably in corporate law, contracts, compliance, or regulatory affairs
• -Preferably with exposure or background in multi-finance or financial institution (Preffered from Japanese Company)
• -Has a wide and strong networking and relationship as Company representative to the regulators (including OJK)
• Core Skills Competencies-Corporate Commercial Law Expertise - Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions
• -Regulatory Change Management: Evaluation and assessment of Impact of the changing regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with changing mandates to ensure compliance - operational and in business practices
• -Reporting: Routine report submissions to the Regulatory bodies and submission of data on request of the regulatory bodies as per licensing norms and applicable provisions, related rules and regulations, both in English and Bahasa version
• -Legal Communications Opinion: Drafting key legal communications in response to Notices, Queries and Statutory Communications
• -Strategic Thinking Business Acumen - Aligning legal strategies with business goals
• -Communication Negotiation Skills - Effective interaction with stakeholders, government agencies, and board members
