This opportunity is with Business Technology practice at Capgemini India Invent team. Business Technology practice is focused on helping businesses capture the possibilities of emerging technology by creating tailored solutions for every type of business and sector. This opportunity prefers the Enterprise Architects with experience around cloud transformation.
Capgemini Invent is looking for dynamic, skilled and motivated Business Architects who have strong experience in execution of complex Business Architecture Programs for Fortune 500 clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Capgemini Invent team which is the Business, Strategy, Innovation and consulting practice with strong growth trajectory.
- Experience in identifying key views of the business units, value streams, and capabilities.
- Drive collaboration with business leads to understand the business needs, pain-points and developing business solution blueprints.
- Works with Business SMEs and stakeholders to help clients to define business vision, strategy, and principles.
- Good knowledge in defining the business process and developing process maps.
- Provides clear linkage of strategy and process.
- Excellent knowledge in Business Architecture frameworks, standards, and methodology
- Provide insight, thought leadership and innovation to ensure that the solution meets the clients business goals.
- Manage communication with stakeholders on digital architecture initiatives and strategic improvements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must Haves
- Strong Business Architecture experience including Strategy, Vision, Process, Solution blueprint and roadmap.
- 6-10 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in any domain
- Good knowledge in different Process frameworks, Reference models and Reference Architectures
- Good understanding in Customer Journey Mapping & Employee Journey Mapping
- Should have strong consulting, coaching, skill development and communications experience.
- Excellent analytical, project management and presentation skills
- Passionate to Research for arriving at alternate designs and approaches.
- Applying creativity in the business solution design to influence the decision making.
- Able to visualize the big picture involving Strategy, Vision, Business Process from Business Architecture perspective.
- Familiarity in any process mapping tool (Good to have)
- Familiarity in Cloud migration and Cloud strategy (Good to have)

- Strong Business Architecture experience in any business domains.
- Capability to see the big picture and apply strong levels of business acumen to define vision, strategy, principles, processes, create roadmaps and approach.
- Good experience in defining common and modular processes.
- Good knowledges the Business Architecture frameworks, Reference Architectures, Design Patterns, templates, or methods.
- Good understanding in digital transformation and application modernization.
- Ability to articulate complex processes in simple terms, both within the client and Capgemini.
- Experience in working with Enterprise Architects and solution architects.
- Ability to outline business outcomes and measurement.

- Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Noida / Gurugaon /
- Project could be at any location in India or outside India [flexibility to travel is necessary]
