Job Description
Designation: Senior Executive/Executive - Account Management
Location: Noida
Experience: 1-6 years
Job Summary/ Your Role in a Nutshell:
The ideal candidate should possess strong client servicing/account management experience by developing and implementing effective digital strategies across social media, email marketing, and landing pages. A strong understanding of digital marketing tools, client and stakeholder management, and a proven track record of growing client portfolios are essential.
What youll do:
- Oversee the agency-client relationship by ensuring seamless operations, building strong rapport, and fostering long-term connections with clients to drive retention and revenue growth
- Assess clients business and marketing needs, recommend digital solutions leveraging marketing, technology and analytics, and provide strategic guidance to meet their objectives
- Create effective digital strategies while closely working with the planning and creative teams
- Manage social media posts, publishing, landing page creation, email marketing, and related tasks
- Work with senior management for new business development from ideation, and execution, to pitch presentation
- Implement sound project management processes and tools for delivery and execution
What you need:
- Bachelors/Masters in English Literature or Mass Communications or MBA with 1+ years of experience in client servicing/account management
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing including social media marketing, social advertising, SEO, SEM, marketing automation/ email marketing, and analytics
- Knowledge of various digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies- leading social media platforms, and publishing tools like Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios by understanding business requirements and proposing effective strategies and campaigns
- Prior experience of handling a team of digital marketers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
