Job Description

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Copilot Development: Design, build, test, and deploy custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio to meet specific business requirements. This includes defining topics, entities, conversation flows, and integrating with various data sources.
• Power Platform Expertise: Utilize Power Apps to create user interfaces and supporting applications that enhance the copilot experience or facilitate data management related to the copilot.

Power Automate Mastery: Design and implement complex Power Automate flows to integrate copilots with backend systems, APIs, databases, and other Microsoft and third-party services. This includes data retrieval, processing, and action execution based on copilot interaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated experience (1+ years) working with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Solid understanding of data integration principles and experience connecting to various data sources.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Natural language processing (NLP) concepts.

Experience with Azure services relevant to AI and integration (e.g., Azure AI Search, Logic Apps, Azure Functions
