AWS Senior Engineer (Cloud FinOps) @ Manvision Technologies

Job Description

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience managing AWS services, including Amazon Q, SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• FinOps Skills:
• Experience with Cloud Financial Management (FinOps) principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze cloud spending and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with machine learning and data analytics platforms on AWS.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
