Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations, with a solid foundation in QA best practices and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specs to design detailed test cases.
• Perform manual testing of Salesforce functionalities such as Cases, Leads, Opportunities, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman for REST/SOAP integrations.
• Validate data consistency and integrity within Salesforce and external systems.
• Log, track, and retest bugs using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team. Ensure test documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of QA experience, including at least 12 years testing Salesforce applications.

Good understanding of Salesforce platform features, especially in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG.

Proficiency in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI).

Basic knowledge of SOQL/SOSL queries for test data validation.

Understanding of QA processes, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies
