• Educational Requirements:
  Any Graduate
• Experience Requirements:
  For AM, about 7-8 years experience in AR with at least 4 years experience in AR/E2E QA space with 2+ years in TL/Sr.TL position
• For Manager, about 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 5-7 years experience `in QA space; at least 2 years as AM Quality in RCM space (AR, E2E)
• Skills and Competencies:
  a. Strong RCM domain knowledge

b. Strong quality function knowledge

c. Reporting, good in MS Excel

d. Excellent communication

e. Experience in client interaction

f. Strong in people management

g. Inclination towards automation

h. Exposure to analytics
