We are currently looking for an Executive Chef for a reputed luxury resort of Rajkot, Gujarat. Please find the details below:

1. Designation: Executive Chef

2. Experience: 10+ years in kitchen, including 3+ years as Sous Chef and at least 1 year as Executive Chef

3. Role description: 

• To lead the complete redesign of menus across all outlets, from thali-style servings to rooftop continental dining.
• TO create signature dishes and modernize traditional flavors, while balancing guest preferences and food costs.
• Develop standardized recipes with detailed prep sheets, ensuring plating aesthetics match the premium experience.
• Guide and mentor kitchen staff in techniques across Indian, Rajasthani, Gujarati, Chinese, Mexican, and Continental cuisines ensuring authenticity while allowing innovation.
