We are hiring for Customer Service Executives to handle international voice-based customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in UK rotational shifts.
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
Provide clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues
Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
Log interactions and update case notes accurately in CRM systems
Adhere to shift schedules and meet individual performance targets
Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts for process improvement
Follow company policies, data privacy, and compliance protocols
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Customer-first approach and ability to remain calm under pressure
