As a Process Associate at Genpact, your responsibilities will include resolving all vendor queries and requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will review and validate essential details of valid invoices, maintain trackers of exceptions, and ensure balance between invoices and queries based on the exception tracker. Additionally, you will perform transactional tasks to support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes, follow up with requisitions to address hold invoices, and enforce internal compliance policies and guidelines in daily operational activities. Furthermore, you will conduct daily internal audits to ensure alignment with guidelines. Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written. Freshers are eligible to apply. Preferred qualifications include relevant experience in cost model creation and management, the ability to balance pre-sales process management and execution, and prior experience in sales support. This is a full-time position based in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations skill set and a commitment to excellence in their work.
