Job Description
- As a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails for backend development and React.js for frontend development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Your role will involve contributing to both the server-side logic and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and testable code, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability. You will also be involved in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software while maintaining documentation for architecture and code. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. - Maintain documentation for architecture and code. Required Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails. - 2+ years of experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL is a plus. - Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and frontend build tools. - Proficient in Git and version control practices. - Understanding of Agile methodologies. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.,
