Job Description
- Job Title: Field Sales Officer (Salesgirl)
- Visit shops and retail outlets in assigned areas of Mumbai to promote and sell company products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to shop owners and staff.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely follow-up and coordination for delivery.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing retailers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Gather market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and collections.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, or promotional materials as needed.
- Resolve customer queries or complaints in coordination with the back-office team.
- Ensure proper product display or branding at retail points (if applicable).
- Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 12 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or direct marketing preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Comfortable with daily travel and on-field work within Mumbai.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Presentable, polite, and confident in approaching shopkeepers.
