Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineering (QE) Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, and JUnit, along with proven exposure to L3/L4 support in enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, support, and QA teams to ensure high product quality and effective resolution of complex technical issues in production and pre-production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and JUnit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting for Level 3 (L3) and Level 4 (L4) support issues.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the automation test framework and support CI/CD integration.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Create documentation for test results, defect tracking, and issue resolution steps.
• Provide timely feedback and quality metrics to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation testing.
• Experience with JUnit or other unit testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with L3/L4 support, including debugging, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
