About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven IT Recruiters with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, organizational goals, and team dynamics.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
Requirements:
- 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment in agency or corporate environments.
- Proven experience in hiring for various IT roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with start-ups or IT services/product companies.
- Understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
