Your ImpactAs aTransition Manager, you will oversee the smoothtransition of workloadsbetween Cisco's suppliers or insourcing teams within theOrder ManagementandQuote to Cash (QTC)function. You will also supporttransformational projectswithin the vendor ecosystem or internally at Cisco. Your expertise inQuote to Cash processesandprogram managementwill enable you to lead transitions effectively, ensuring alignment with industry-standard project management practices.
What You'll DoTransition Planning and Execution:
- Develop and executecomprehensive transition plansto ensure smooth workload transitions between suppliers or insourcing teams.
- Collaborate with sending sites to provide adequatetechnical,training, andtransition supportfor receiving teams.
Project Management:- Manageglobal transformational projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.
- Maintain aMaster Planof assigned projects, schedules, and tasks while adhering tobest-in-class processes.
- Conductgating reviewswith senior management to assess progress and resolve roadblocks.
Stakeholder Engagement:- Build and maintain effective relationships withsuppliers,internal teams, andCisco management.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders throughout the transition process.
- Prepare and coordinate plans with key stakeholders, assigning clear actions and ownership for successful execution.
Risk Management:- Identify potential risks and developmitigation plansto address them proactively.
- Resolve issues that may arise during transitions to ensure smooth implementation.
Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain detailed documentation of the transition process, includingplans,progress reports,risk assessments, andmitigation strategies.
- Presentregular status updatesto stakeholders and conductperiodic executive reviewsto share project progress.
Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities forprocess improvementsand implementbest practicesto enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future transitions.

Minimum QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration,Project Management,Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4+ yearsof experience in anOrder Managementfunction with a deep understanding ofQuote to Cash (QTC)processes.
- 2+ yearsof experience managingBPO transition managementin either aservice providerorclient environment.
Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of third-party or captivetechnological setupsfor managingcontact center operations(voice and non-voice capabilities).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills:- Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skillsto engage proactively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strongorganizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to develop and maintaintransition plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
