GeekyAnts is looking for a social media executive who can build compelling digital narratives across platforms. You will be the voice and vibe of our brand across mediums like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and more. So if you're someone who understands digital behaviour, follows internet culture, and can turn industry insights into content that clicks, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Bring the Brand to Life on Social From memes to motion graphics, event highlights to reel-worthy moments, you'll craft content thats not only on-brand but on-point.
- Drive Consistency Across Channels Create and maintain a unified voice, look, and tone across posts, comments, replies, bios, and DMs tailored for each platform.
- Transform Insights into Engagement Break down complex topics from design, development, and business into snackable, scroll-stopping content.
- Stay Ahead of the Trend Curve Leverage trends, algorithms, and data to deliver content that performs. Ride the wave early. Ditch what doesnt work.
- Collaborate to Elevate Work with designers, video editors, growth marketers, and founders to turn briefs and ideas into high-performing campaigns.
- Own the Content Calendar Plan ahead but pivot fast. Juggle launch timelines, event schedules, trend-based moments, and brand campaigns with agility.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ year in social media management or a similar role, preferably handling personal branding or executive profiles.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts tailored for social-first formats.
- Working knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of what makes content go viral vs. what builds credibility.
- Good sense of aesthetics, brand tone, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to write compelling captions and CTAs.
- Proficiency in repurposing long-form content into short-form value bombs.

- Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Platform fluency)
- Canva / Figma (Basic design chops)
- Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Analytics / Buffer / Hootsuite (Scheduling & analysis)
- Google Sheets, Docs, Slides (Planning & collaboration)
- Notion / Trello / Jira (Task management)
- ChatGPT / Grammarly / Hemingway (Content polishing)
