Job Description

RPA UI Path Developer

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior RPA developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Alteryx.
- Create comprehensive documentation including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Perform data analysis, build data visualizations, and support process optimization initiatives.
- Integrate automation workflows with third-party systems using APIs and connectors.
- Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and maintain developed bots.
- Utilize Orchestrator to manage bots, queues, logs, and schedules effectively.
- Build modular, reusable components for scalable automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements in collaboration with business users.
- Adhere to agile development practices, sprint timelines, and change control protocols.
- Participate in stakeholder demos, status meetings, and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Accounting.
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in automation using UiPath, Power Platform (Power Automate), or Alteryx.
- Good understanding of RPA principles, low-code/no-code development, and automation life cycle.
