Experience: 12 + Years
Location: Gurugram (5 day's working from Office)
Availability: Who can join Immediately to 3 week (max) only
Must have Skills: Project Management, Agile, Sprint, Retail/E-commerce domain (preferred), Stakeholder Management , Managed application development & support based projects.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic purpose:
The strategic purpose of a Project Manager is to ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This involves developing and managing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Engaging with key stakeholders, the Project Manager facilitates communication and collaboration to secure alignment and support for project objectives. Additionally, they identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on project delivery. By maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular updates, the Project Manager ensures transparency and accountability. Ultimately, they drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to elevate project management practices and outcomes.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and team members, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and proactively address potential issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Implement best practices and methodologies to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project management practices and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Should have strong experience in Project Management (Mid to Senior level).
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be capable of making clear decisions under pressure Organizational skills, as they need to manage multiple priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of both business and IT, enabling them to bridge the gap between these areas. Experience with change management, facilitating alignment and accountability within the organization.
