Job Description

Role: Java Senior Software Engineer and Lead Engineer Full Stack

Location: Pune (Hybrid 3 days/week from customer office)

Experience: 7-11 years

Domain: BFSI / Credit Union

Immediate Joiners Preferred(only immediate)

• 2 rounds of interview
• Hybrid - from client location(Viman Nagar)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, and JavaScript
• Proficient in Apache Spark and working on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
• Hands-on experience in building scalable systems in BFSI / Credit Union domain
• Solid understanding of API development, microservices, and secure transactions

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ETL: Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar tools
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React or Angular
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, high-performance systems for financial services
• Build and optimize data pipelines and full-stack applications
• Ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance with BFSI security standards
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver production-grade code
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid Work Model 3 days/week from customers office in Pune
