We're on the lookout for a versatile with strong Motion Graphics skills who can bring ideas to life through design and animation. From product explainers and social media visuals to high-impact pitch decks, youll help shape how the world sees and understands Cognida.ai.
Position: Motion Graphics Designer Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, India/Remote
What Youll Do
* Design high-quality visual assets across channelsmarketing campaigns, social media, landing pages, email, and more.
* Create animated explainers, UI/UX motion demos, and product walkthroughs that simplify complex ideas through motion graphics.
* Design visually engaging and professionally polished pitch decks, investor presentations, and internal sales materials.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to align visual communication with business goals.
* Develop storyboards, creative treatments, and asset libraries to support consistent brand storytelling.
* Juggle multiple design requests and feedback loops in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
What Were Looking For
* 4-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphicspreferably in a SaaS, tech, or B2B setting.
* A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing visual design, animation work, and **presentation/pitch deck design**.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
* Experience crafting clean, modern pitch decks with visual clarity and strategic design thinking.
* Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and motion principles.
* Highly collaborative with excellent communication and time management skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Familiarity with Lottie, Rive, or web animation tools for lightweight product motion.
* Knowledge of video editing, transitions, and post-production polish.
* Basic HTML/CSS understanding for smooth developer handoff.
* Experience designing for product-led growth (PLG) and SaaS funnels.
