Position: Sr. Sales Officer/Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The B2B Sales - Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential business clients from Gym visits.
    • Distributor Handling , Channel sales & Responsible for secondary sales
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Sales Performance:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
