Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead B2B sales operations across the Punjab region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to manage and motivate a field sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Drive B2B sales growth in the Punjab region by acquiring and managing clients, distributors accounts.


Lead a team of Sales Officers providing coaching, performance reviews, and regular support to achieve individual and team sales targets.


Plan and execute territory sales strategies, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities.


Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, wellness chains, corporate buyers, and other B2B segments.


Ensure daily field discipline, route planning, and productivity tracking of the team.
Monitor team KPIs, provide training where needed, and foster a culture of performance and accountability.


Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, finance, customer service) for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.


Collections of payments and drive ATL /BTL activities to enhance
Conduct regular field visits with team members and perform market audits to ensure visibility and execution.


Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, pipelines, and market intelligence using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Graduate (MBA preferred) with 48 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
