Position: Senior React.js Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React.js Developer with a strong background in building high-performance, responsive enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React (with TypeScript), modern CSS methodologies, and front-end architecture, particularly within the Banking or Retail domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and HTML.
- Build self-contained, reusable, and testable components using modern React concepts (Hooks, Context API, etc.).
- Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Architect and automate build processes using modern tools and task runners.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using JSDoc or similar standards.
- Conduct unit testing using Jest, Enzyme, or similar frameworks.
- Monitor and improve application performance and scalability.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Expertise in React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with CSS-in-JS techniques (e.g., Styled Components).
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Flux, or Context API.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms relevant to front-end development.
- Experience with linting tools like TSLint, ESLint, and code formatters like Prettier.
- Understanding of the full web development stack including APIs, caching, proxies, and deployment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Banking or Retail domain projects is mandatory.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for performance optimization.
