- Roles and Responsibilities
- The Senior Developers role is to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions.
- Should be familiar with latest trends and technologies in Microsoft stack or respective technologies used in project
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Integrate data storage solutions like databases, key-value stores, blob storage, etc.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
- Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Should be a Self-learner, creative and have excellent logical & analytical skills.
- Team player and have excellent communication skills.
