HR Business Partner (HRBP) Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a HR Business Partner , you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to the alignment of human resource operations with our business goals. Working closely with HRBP Manager and various functional teams, your responsibilities will include providing timely email resolution, managing email box of HRBP Manager, timely creation of Sparsh tickets, scheduling all the meetings and making sure no emails are left unanswered.

Techno-functional Skills:

  • Understanding of HR Processes: Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, employee relations, reporting, Attendance, Attrition Management and offboarding.
  • Basic Email Etiquette: Should be able to respond to complex queries of employees as per organizational requirements.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyses HR metrics and key performance indicators to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS): Proficiency in using HRIS tools for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting emails, policies, and reports.
  • MS Office Suite: Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • HR Software: Familiarity with HR software and tools used for various HR functions.

KPIs:

Queries Handling:

  • Assist in tracking and reducing Query Resolution Time.
  • Contribute to achieving a high Query Resolution Rate.

Timeliness and Accuracy of Data Entry:

  • Measure the ability to accurately input and update employee information into HR systems within specified timeframes.

Compliance Adherence:

  • Make sure the emails received are responded with in 24 hours of its receipt.

Creation of Sparsh Tickets:

  • Regular creation of sparsh tickets and providing resolution to employees related to RL, F&F, Asset recovery and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive plans for Weekly, monthly and annual employee engagement activities.

HR Documentation Support:

  • Assist and Support HRBP Manager in updating, and maintaining HR documentation, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
