Job Description
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead content creation and execution for our retail stores' presence. The ideal candidate should have a flair for storytelling through visuals and copy, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to roll out impactful content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for retail stores for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and execute content around store launches, customer testimonials, product offers, milestone celebrations, and more.
- Develop creative memes, short videos, and reels in line with trending formats and social media culture.
- Conceptualize and execute gym activities, influencer collaborations, and local store events into digital stories.
- Coordinate on-ground shoots at retail stores to capture content for daily/weekly campaigns.
- Script, shoot (or direct), and edit store reels showcasing people, products, and experiences.
- Collaborate with the brand team once the content is ready for alignment and publishing.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content pieces.
- Track performance metrics and optimize future content accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 24 years of hands-on experience in digital content creation, preferably for retail or lifestyle brands.
- Strong skills in video editing, basic graphic design, and reel-making.
- Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Sound understanding of trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to stores for content capture.
