Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior iOS Developer to join our dynamic Mobile Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our flagship iOS application, delivering a seamless and engaging user experience to our customers. You will play a pivotal role in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. A key focus of this position will be to innovate and implement cutting-edge iOS features, including creating intuitive and powerful experiences for the Dynamic Island and Live Activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to bring our vision to life. u200b Requirements
Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift, with a strong understanding of both SwiftUI and UIKit frameworks.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience with the Live Activities API and ActivityKit to create compelling and interactive Dynamic Island experiences.
- Deep understanding of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
- Proficient in implementing concurrency using Grand Central Dispatch (GCD) and Combine.
- Solid experience with consuming RESTful APIs, parsing JSON, and working with data persistence using Core Data, SwiftData, or Realm.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Xcode Cloud) for automated builds and testing.
- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git. General Skills:
- Strong understanding of Appleu2019s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and a keen eye for detail in UI/UX.
- Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, along with unit and UI tests (XCTest).
- A portfolio of published applications on the App Store is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
- Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Appleu2019s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and a keen eye for detail in UI/UX.
