Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of the application by implementing best practices such as CI/CD pipelines using Docker containers on Kubernetes clusters.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application deployment on AWS cloud platform.
  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale Java applications with expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture.
  
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, Lambda functions etc., as well as containerization using Docker.
  
• Experience with message queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for building distributed architectures.
  
• Proficiency in writing unit tests using JUnit framework along with integration testing frameworks like Rest Assured or Cucumber BDD.
