Rs. 48,300/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)
1.5. Job Description
The Assistant Manager IT Application will be responsible for the management, supervision, and maintenance of IIIDEMs IT Applications for various departments, centres and schools. The role involves supporting procurement, development, installation and management of IT applications and other related aspects.
1.6. Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the job include the following
(i). Coordination with various Centres and Schools for their IT needs Assistant Manager will coordinate and support various departments/ centres and schools of IIIDEM in their IT needs including IIIDEMs website and other common applications
(ii). Procurement and Development of IT applications Assistant Manager will coordinate with various centres and schools of IIIDEM to support in procuring, developing and configuring various IT applications required for various departments/ centres and schools of IIIDEM.
(iii). Support in operation and management and upgradation of the system Assistant Manager will be required to provide technical support for operation and management including vendor co-ordination, change request management and upgradation of the system from time to time.
(iv). IT Training and User Support- Conduct relevant IT training sessions for staff and faculty, and provide continuous support and consultation for all technology-related needs within the institute.

(i). Skills in Business requirements gathering and analysis
(ii). Skills in Procurement processes for IT applications and systems
(iii). Skills in project management
(iv). Skills in vendor management including change requests, service level management
(v). Skills in change management, training and capacity building
1.8. Desirable
(i). Experience in procurement of IT applications, successful implementation and management,
(ii). Experience in implementing Enterprise-wide IT applications or campus management systems,
(iii). Experience in latest technologies both open source and proprietary, AI and cloud-based applications
