We're Hiring: Full Stack Tech Lead or Full Stack Technical Manager (Java with Angular)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days joiners only / someone currently serving notice period can apply to this position.

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) - 3 Days at Office

About the Role:

Join our dynamic R&D team in Bangalore as Full Stack Technical Lead / Java Technical Manager (Java, Angular). Are you a seasoned Java professional passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and leading talented engineering teams. In this role, you will spearhead key technical initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovative telecom solutions. Skills:

1. Software design.
2. Angular Material, TypeScript, AngularJS, JSON, Java Script, CSS, HTML.
3. Java Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, DevOps.
4. Apache Kafka, Elastic, Fluentd/Logstash, Helm, K8S, docker.
5. Others - Linux, SQL, GIT, Performance Tuning, Agile Practices.
6. Understanding of CICD concepts.

Role:

• You will be able to develop moderately complex to complex client-side application code and unit test in Java. Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
• You have a good grasp on programming fundamentals including OOP, Design Principals and Data Structures.
• You will investigate issues by reviewing/ debugging code, provides fixes and workarounds, and reviews changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
• You will work within a team, collaborate, and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
• You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, support them in both technical and non-technical challenges.
• You will be responsible for driving 1 or 2 User stories E2E in a Given Sprint/Release.
• You will be responsible for active participation and acting as inspiration for junior members in following all Agile Practices and Rituals.
• You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
• You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation and continuous improvement, efficiency in all assigned tasks.
