Job Description
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for technical and functional positions.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening Resumes: Review and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements, ensuring a strong match for the roles.
- Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to advise on best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Technical Recruitment: Familiarity with hiring for roles in web development, mobile development, and data analytics.
- Functional Recruitment: Experience recruiting for non-technical roles such as Business Development and US Staffing.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify high-quality candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ATS Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT industry, especially within the context of Indian recruitment.
