Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Program Management within training, education, learning & development sector.
1.4. Salary
Rs. 82,500/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)
1.5. Job Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the school in delivery and execution of various programs and activities of the School for Election Management. It will have academic, training and capacity building initiatives for electoral management, voter education, and communication.
1.6. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the job include the following:
(i) Support in development of the programs and initiatives - Program Manager will support the Faculty and School for Election Management in development of various programs and initiatives.
(ii) Coordination with other Centres in IIIDEM and external Partners for delivery - Program Manager will be responsible for coordination with other Centres in IIIDEM and external partners including Universities and Institutions for delivery of various academic, training and capacity building courses and initiatives of the school.
(iii) Delivery and Execution of programs of the School in IIIDEM - Program Manager will be responsible for execution of various programs and initiatives of the School of Election Management in IIIDEM.
(iv) Global Best Practices - Document global practices in similar programs and initiatives in the field of election management, voter education and media communication for adoption in IIIDEM.

About the School- School of Election Management
The School of Election Management, Voter Education & Communication (to be referred to as School of Election Management in short) at IIIDEM is dedicated to advancing electoral knowledge through academic programs, innovative voter education strategies, and cutting-edge communication initiatives. The school aims to establish itself as a Centre of Excellence in election management and related areas. The school will be undertaking various activities as follows:
(i) Masters Program in Election Management - This program is currently being run with TISS. The program is under restructuring and restructured program will be offered in partnership with various reputed Universities.
(ii) Certificate Programs in Election Management - Various short term certificate programs are under design for election management, which will be offered in partnership with various Universities and Institutions,
(iii) Support to CNT in Training Courses for Election Official - Centre for National Training (CNT) at IIIDEM organizes training for election officials and stakeholders. Twenty-Eight (28) Election Stakeholders have been identified, who are part of the Election Management. The School will support CNT in preparing dedicated Courses for these stakeholders for physical, virtual and e-learning platforms.
(iv) Support to CIT in International Training Programs -Centre for International Training (CIT) at IIIDEM organizes training for international participants. Eleven Courses have been got designed through IFES for international participants, which are currently being offered. The School will support CIT in updating and expanding the courses for physical, virtual and e-learning platforms.
(v) Research Studies -The School faculty will carry out research studies in various aspects of election management both national and international. The research papers and articles will be published in various leading journals and publications at national and international level including publishing Schools own journal. The School will also work on International Electoral Standards. The School will also support CEOs, who have been allotted one country each for comparative study of the electoral system.
(vi) Convening and participating in various Seminars, Workshops and Conferences - The school will organize various national and international Seminars, Workshops and Conferences and Schools experts will represent IIIDEM in various seminars, workshops and conferences on election management nationally and internationally.
The school will have various academic faculty and program teams in line with its mandate.
