Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce and with 5+ years into architecture and development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions
- Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
- Lead technical teams in the development of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that Salesforce code adheres to best practices.
- Evaluate third-party Salesforce applications and make recommendations for their use.
- Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use.
