Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support to international clients through phone calls and Emails.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills in English language for effective interaction with international clients.
0-2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment.

Comfortable with Night Shifts.
