Key Duties:
Deputize Admin Manager; oversee front-office, pantry, housekeeping
Coordinate facility services: maintenance, security, space management
Manage vendors, office inventory, budget monitoring
Arrange travel, visas, logistics for staff and guests
Supervise support staff; ensure HSE and statutory compliance
