About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join our Mandate Business vertical at PropTiger.com. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in channel partner management, with a strong background in driving business through real estate broker networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to drive residential property sales
Meet channel partners on a daily basis to build relationships and enable business
Execute sales strategies aligned with PropTigers Mandate projects
Provide ongoing training and product knowledge to channel partners
Track partner performance and drive conversions through effective engagement
Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align goals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
25 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate or FMCG/insurance with field sales exposure
Sound understanding of residential real estate market
Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore to meet channel partners
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
