Who Were Looking For
We are looking for a smart, driven, and charismatic female Business Development Manager with a strategic mind and a hustlers attitude.
Ideal candidates are from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-Schools or reputed Tech/Management institutes with 14 years of experience, preferably in the Tech, banking, financial services, consulting, or SaaS sectors.
If youve sold value, built trust, and understand decision-makers we want to talk.
What Youll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across digital transformation, product development, and consulting services
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, startup founders, and key stakeholders
- Lead client pitches, proposals, and strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through high-quality lead generation, outreach, and conversion
- Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams to deliver unmatched client value
- Represent 18Pixels at key industry events, demo days, and startup forums
What You Bring
- A degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 management/tech institute
- 14 years of experience in BD/Sales/Account Management
- Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise solutions is a BIG plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for startups, innovation, and building something from scratch
- Self-starter, team player, and high ownership mindset
