o Preparing User manuals Training documentation SOP and Defect Analysis
o Providing demos of DC system as part of reviews and walkthroughs
o Gather Analyse and design new functionality for existing systems as well as enhance existing system workflows to meet business requirements
o Possess conceptual understanding of environments and database
o Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with different audiences
o Well versed in Change control process
o Prepare and deliver reports recommendations or alternatives to improve existing requirements gathering process
o Coordinate and perform participate in UAT if required
o Helping onboard resources Sprint planning and Scheduling
