What is our requirement?
Role: Content Writer / Copy Writing
Qualification: Graduate
Job Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)
Week Off : 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday fixed weekly off).
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of writers and ensure collaboration with SEO & marketing teams.
- Oversee the creation of impactful website content, aligning with business objectives.
- Guide the production of engaging content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the website, ensuring consistent style and tone.
- Supervise and mentor the team in producing high-quality content for advertising campaigns.
- Conduct and supervise thorough research ensuring the production of original and insightful content.
- Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, grammar, and tone in all published materials, providing final content approval.
- Proofread and edited team content eliminating errors and enhancing clarity.
- Lead revisions of existing content, improving readability and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and training.
Requirements:
- Graduation in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of proven experience in content writing or copywriting.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities, with a talent for storytelling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
