Job Description
Job Summary
The On boarding Executive will facilitate the smooth integration of new hires, managing the joining process, conducting background verifications (BGV), assisting with form completion, and ensuring a positive on boarding experience.
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the entire joining process for new employees.
- Prepare and distribute on boarding materials and welcome kits.
- Visit PF, ESIC, and Labour Department offices for queries and case resolution.
- Handle various HR back office tasks as required.
- Register new employees on PF, Gratuity, and ESIC portals.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture and policies.
- Perform thorough background checks and manage BGV processes.
- Liaise with external vendors for background verification services.
- Assist new hires with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Organize and facilitate on boarding training sessions.
- Provide information on company policies and benefits to new employees.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure resources and tool access for new hires.
